I shape my work to meet client needs, which means that the exact structure and pricing of a coaching engagement will depend on the circumstances. Following are several popular packages.
Coaching

For Individuals

Six-Month Leadership Development

This is an immersive coaching process that creates a mindset for leadership success. We take a deep dive into your personality and individual strengths to frame your individual leadership style and create results that support your leadership. Typical intensity: bi-weekly sessions with additional support between sessions.

Three-Month Skills Builder

For high-performing, up-and-coming managers who want to build and run more effective teams. Intensive coaching to build your skills in core areas, including diagnosing your top needs; one-on-one tutoring to build skills; and ongoing conversations to make sure you’re putting the skills into practice. Typical intensity: weekly sessions.

60-Day Strengths Discovery

Understanding your personality and cultivating your strengths is the heart of coaching with me. This approach offers you the confidence that you already have everything you need to get where you’re going. We’ll analyze your introvert and personality skills, determine how best to utilize them, and apply principles of positive psychology to chart the course for whatever comes next. Typical intensity: bi-weekly sessions with additional support between sessions.

Ongoing Partnership

Six- or twelve-month package, for Leadership Development or Skills Builder alums. Continuing monthly or bi-weekly coaching sessions (plus additional support) to deepen your leadership skills.

Sounding Board

Six- or twelve-month package, for Leadership Development alums. For more experienced senior leaders who need a thought partner to help generate practical solutions to challenges. You set the agenda, and together we come up with ideas and resources. Typical intensity: one to two scheduled meetings a month, with follow-up between meetings.

For Teams

Team Training

Fully-customized strengths-based trainings for teams that want to develop both a shared understanding of their dynamics and a common vocabulary for improved communication. These trainings typically run for one or two days, with optional follow-up, and are appropriate for front-line staff as well as members of the management team.

Coaching

Coaching with me is:

Focused and time limited. You are not signing your life away. Most engagements are six months to a year.

A relationship of equals. You are the expert on you. I have experience, knowledge, and perspective.

Goal oriented. Together, we’ll identify and pursue the goals that will allow you to become an authentic and effective leader.

Supportive and positive.  Your success, as you define it, is my only concern. You’ll try out new skills and perspectives in a safe space. We’ll focus on what works, and how you can have more of that.

Creative. You’ll be amazed at how many ways there are to get you where you want to go.

Confidential. I do not share information from our sessions without your presence.
